Best's Review is compiling its annual Top Global Insurance Brokers ranking, which will be published in the July 2013 "Leaders Issue" of the magazine.

Insurance brokerages will be ranked on 2012 total revenue.

Companies of all sizes are encouraged to submit financial information. Verifiable submissions will be published as space permits. The deadline for submissions is April 16, 2013.

The following information is needed to complete the submission form:

• Question 1: Company name, name of the chief executive, address of headquarters and company website.
• Question 2: Total revenue for 2012 (in U.S. currency)
• Question 3: Total revenue for 2011 (in U.S. currency)
• Question 4: The company's top lines of business
• Question 5: Company developments in 2012.
• Question 6: Contact information to be used by Best's Review staff for verification only. This will not be published. Please include name of person to contact, position or title, telephone number and email address.
